Complaints: All complaints will be acknowledged within 10 working days. The acknowledgment will contain an estimated time scale for resolving the problem. Ordering, packaging and Delivery procedures include checks to ensure a quick resolution of complaints. Appropriate action of all complaints will be taken and where we are found to be at fault goods will be delivered/replaced or a refund given. All complaints will be dealt with in confidence and all complaint procedures and resolution actions will be recorded and reviewed on a regular basis to identify areas requiring improvements.

Returns: If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your purchase, then return the item to us, unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred. Legally for reasons of hygiene we are unable to give refunds on the following items duvet and bedding sets, underwear and jewelry items, such as cufflinks, rings, pendants, earring and so on.

Please note we are unable to give any refunds on bulb / l.e.d lighting products as Bulbs are NOT guaranteed on any of these products. Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods.

Our returns conditions are:
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be returned back within 7 days from the day you received your order.
Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice or dispatch note as we require this for proof of purchase of the said goods.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we will not issue a refund. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Items returned within the seven working days
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please note we do NOT pay any return postage costs involved in this return and would recommend that the goods be sent registered and or you get a certificate of postage from the post office as confirmation of the return. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, your money will be refunded back within 29 days. All items / goods must be returned with reasonable care as per your statutory duty.

Unwanted Items - 14 day Guarantee
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, within the 14 days of receipt for a full refund of goods.
Our 14 -day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition unused within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full re-saleable condition, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective.

Faulty Item
Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error by Kitsch shop we will be happy to fully reimburse your costs in returning it to us via first class royal mail.
